You’re invited to do life with us here at Alamo City! Whether you are just getting to know Jesus or if you have walked with Him awhile, we welcome you to join us doing life with Him. We believe that it is not about being religious. It is about being in an intimate relationship with God through His Son Jesus Christ. A relationship that is just as real for you at home or in the check out line of at the grocery store as it is inside the walls of A.C.C.F. The type of relationship that puts an extra spring in your step on good days and carries you through the tough ones. We want to encourage you, challenge you and support you no matter where you are in life’s journey. This is a place you can raise your family. This is a place single women fit. This is a place wives can be encouraged. This is a place widows find friends and support.

There are women ready and waiting to share with you their firsthand faith of the difference Jesus makes. Chose what fits you best and if you have any questions, call me.

First Wednesday Heart to Heart
First Wednesday Heart to Heart is the place to be! Alamo City women have a special way to love on each other and delight in being together. Included in these evenings will be times to laugh and play, eat and visit, learn and pray. You will meet new women and get to see old friends. It’ll be fun! It’ll be rich! It will be better with you there. Come join us 6:30-8:30 p.m. There is a special place for all your family, husbands and babies through youth. They will have their own activities and dinner is provided for all except infants. Bring the whole crew and join us. Kids eat free. Women will meet in the Fellowship Hall. Dinner $5. First Wednesday resumes September 1, 2010.

Widows Oil
If ever there was a group of widows who are pros at caring for one another and encouraging each other in their walk with Jesus this is the one! On the third Sunday of each month they gather in S 101 for lunch and fellowship. Activities vary but the warm and tender atmosphere always prevails. Scrapbooking Thursdays
Beginner or expert crafter? Need some fellowship time? Stop procrastinating! Join us as we gather the second and fourth Thursday of each month to work on our projects (scrapbooking, beading . . .) Bring your  project and all your tools and supplies. We supply the place, sweet fellowship and inspiration! We meet from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in W105, summer hours.  New fall hours to be announced soon. For additional information contact Beth Conant at 210.654.7880 ext 224.

Bunco Night
Join us on August 10, from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. in The Loft, for an evening of fellowship, fun and good food. No experience necessary, just be prepared to laugh and fellowship with wonderful women.
